The Common Application recently released their essay prompts for 2021-2022. While many juniors are already engaged in the admissions process, for some students the questions evoke the feelings of angst experienced when taking an essay test. We would like to take a few minutes to dispel those concerns and encourage students to see the personal essay for what it truly is--an opportunity to present yourself to colleges.
